Molly is a senior at North H.S. in Eau Claire, WI. I had the honor of photographing her older brother a couple years ago, so it was great to reunite for Molly’s session.  I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed going to new locations.  We did the first part of the session at Camp Manitou near New Auburn and then headed to another location that has fast become my new FAVORITE place to photograph.  The colors are awesome.  Molly was a terrific model and so natural in her poses.  She has the sun-kissed hair look down perfect, too. I’m so jealous she is a natural blonde! 

Mollie is going to be a senior at Memorial H.S. in Eau Claire this week!  She came over to the studio for her pictures.  I had a great time with her and her mom and just loved being able to use my new chairs in her pictures!

Rachel will be a senior at Ladysmith next week!  My husband used to babysit her, so it really made him feel old realizing that she’ll be done with h.s. in one year 🙂  We had a beautiful morning for pictures at our studio.  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Catherine will be a senior in Eau Claire this fall. We met in Chippewa Falls last week to do the first half of her senior session. She brought her beautiful prom dress, so we had a lot of fun doing pictures with it.  The dress was beautiful and vibrant, but I do love this first picture in black and white.

I photographed Sigrid last week at our studio location.  The weather was near 90….but she did great.  It’s Sunday and I am thoroughly enjoying the cooler air up in the studio while I blog. Hope you all are enjoying a beautiful Sunday!

Max will be a senior in Albequerque NM this coming fall. His family has a lake home next to us, so we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know this awesome family.  Betsy is his little sister and we did some pictures for her, just for fun!  A hot topic on our lake is the water level……if you have ever been here for a shoot, then you know what I am talking about.  It’s at least 9 feet low.  Even with the rain this summer, it’s still not going up…..not even an inch……then last night we got a downpour. Our neighbor gaged 4.5 inches and tonight when I walked to our neighbor’s yard for a shoot, I could here this rush of water….I looked and there it was, a beautiful flow of clear water streaming from an old creek that has been dry for the past 4 years.  The water flowed right into our lake and wooohooooooooo the water level has risen!!!!  Max and Betsy will be happy to here this great news 🙂

We met in Chippewa Falls for Kelsey’s second session. I always have a great time at the Leinie’s brewery. Their buildings are awesome!  Her older sister came along too so I got a few of the sisters together. 

Kelsey is an Eau Claire senior who came to the studio for the first half of her senior session.  We had a great time together chatting and the weather was beautiful! Stay tuned for Kelsey’s second session that will be in Chippewa Falls later this week!
